Wedding website

I've started building a wedding website, and I've since gotten lazy with the blog. On the plus side, the website is almost done and it's looking pretty sweet!

Stag and Doe

I just realized I haven't posted about this yet, and I should!

We're having a stag & doe on Saturday, March 4th at the Kitchener Schwaben Club. Tickets are $10, and there's going to be a DJ, food, prizes, games, and lots 'o fun!

I've got tickets, so if you're interested in coming out let me know :D

Apparently writing it down worked

After I wrote that last blog I got back in the swing of things. Writing it down must have kick-started me into action :P

In the past week, I've touched base with

• the catering manager at our reception location
• a florist
• our DJ
• a make-up artist
• the events manager at Kitchener City Hall regarding our ceremony location
• our travel agent
• my maid of honour, mom, and aunt regarding our stag and doe

and I've

• investigated floral arrangements
• made some more progress on our wedding invitations
• priced out wedding favours
• checked out tuxedo catalogues with Jeff
• searched a zillion online travel sites for possible honeymoon locations
• re-tooled our budget
• re-tooled our guest list
• made a preliminary trip to check out wedding shoes
• tagged along with the boys today to check out tuxes at Collins', Freeman's, and Tuxedo Royale

I also went to the gym 3 times, saw a play at Theatre and Company, and updated my resume -- it's been a busy week!

I think I'm back on track, but there's still a lot to do -- wish me luck!
